This month had some wins and some challenges. We made good progress on several initiatives and look forward to the next quarter.

After

November in three lines: ARR up 11% to $1.42M, two new logos (Patagonia, Allbirds), and churn held at 1.8%. Big thanks to Sam and the CS team for the Allbirds save. Next month: ship the billing redesign and finish the SOC 2 audit.
